RYSEON AI TECHNOLOGY
A new football AI company is building an intelligence ecosystem designed to learn from individual players, accelerate their development and give professional organisations deeper intelligence for better decisions.
Football has never had more data.
Clubs can analyse matches, track physical performance, monitor training loads and access increasingly detailed statistics. Yet much of that information still captures individual moments — a match, a training session, a physical test or a specific period of performance.
RYSEON is being built around a different question:
What if football technology could continuously learn the player, not just measure the performance?
RYSEON is a football AI technology company building an intelligence and development ecosystem that connects athletes and professional organisations through an adaptive AI layer designed to learn from each individual over time.
RYSEON Is Changing How Player Development Is Understood
At the centre of the RYSEON ecosystem is a continuously evolving individual player intelligence profile.
The technology is designed to connect information around performance with the wider behaviours that influence development — including training, recovery, sleep, additional work, fatigue, routines, consistency, discipline and engagement.
But RYSEON’s definition of player development goes considerably further than physical and tactical performance.
A footballer develops physically, technically and tactically, but also mentally and psychologically. Development includes learning how to prepare, recover and concentrate; understanding nutrition and sleep; building discipline and consistency; managing pressure and difficult periods; and gradually understanding how the body responds to different demands at different stages of age and development.
For young players in particular, development is not simply about doing more. It is about learning what their body and mind need at the right stage of their journey.
The objective, therefore, is not simply to collect more data.
RYSEON is being built to transform that information into increasingly personalised intelligence and guidance that helps players understand themselves and what they should do next to improve.
Over time, the system is designed to learn not only from the athlete’s behaviour, but also from how that individual responds to different guidance.
In simple terms: the more the player develops, the more RYSEON learns about how that player develops.

Greater Discipline for Players. Deeper Intelligence for Football.
The ambition extends beyond the individual athlete.
Through RYSEON X, clubs, academies, national teams and football organisations will have access to a deeper intelligence layer around authorised players.
For coaches and performance departments, this creates greater continuity in understanding player development beyond individual training sessions and matches.
For scouts and decision-makers, longitudinal intelligence can add another dimension to player evaluation.
Technical ability, physical performance, statistics and human scouting remain essential. RYSEON adds context around questions that have traditionally been much harder to answer.
How consistent is the player? How disciplined are they? How engaged are they in their own development? How do they respond during difficult periods? And what patterns repeatedly appear before periods of improvement or decline?
The technology is not designed to replace coaches, scouts or existing football systems. It adds another AI-powered intelligence layer that can help athletes develop and professional organisations make better-informed decisions.

An Intelligence Engine That Learns Over Time
Behind RYSEON is a longer-term ambition to build proprietary longitudinal intelligence around football player development.
Rather than treating AI as another feature added to sports software, RYSEON is designing its ecosystem around a continuous learning cycle.
The system observes the athlete, develops an understanding of individual patterns, provides relevant guidance, measures the response and learns again.
As individual player histories become deeper, that accumulated intelligence has the potential to become increasingly valuable — both for the athlete and, with appropriate permission, for the professional organisations around them.
The long-term objective is an intelligence system that does not remain static, but continues to learn and adapt alongside the player.
Built From More Than 20 Years Inside Football
Ivan Ilečić, founder of RYSEON, brings more than 20 years of experience across professional football and football technology, including experience as a professional player, Croatia national team analyst and founder of SportynX.
“For the first time, technology gives us the opportunity to understand an athlete at a depth and over a period of time that simply wasn’t possible before. AI can connect thousands of signals, recognise patterns and continuously learn from the individual. We intend to use that capability to its fullest potential — not to replace people in football, but to give players a better understanding of themselves and give the people around them better intelligence. Ultimately, the technology has to serve the player and the development of football itself. That is what we are building RYSEON for.”
Coming December 2026
RYSEON is currently preparing its ecosystem for launch in December 2026.

The idea behind the company can perhaps be summarised most simply in one line:
Others measure performance. RYSEON learns the player — then helps them improve.
